Program Cost, Scholarships and Financial Aid

Tuition

On-demand/pre-requisite courses (HLAT 711, HLAT 775) are taken tuition-free once students have been admitted to the DAT.

Full-Time Tuition: $18,500 for 23/24 academic year (Full-Time Enrollment is 3 courses per semester: Fall, Spring, Summer) 

Part-Time Enrollment*: $2,055 per course for 23/24 academic year (minimum of 18 courses required to graduate; see curriculum page for a list of required and elective courses)

Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ has no additional fees for this program!

*All admitted students must enroll full-time for the first semester.  Following the first semester, a student may request to register as a part-time student.

Certified/licensed athletic trainers who are employed full-time by St. Luke’s University Health Network (Bethlehem, PA) receive a 25% discount on total Doctor of Athletic Training (DAT) tuition.

Textbooks and Technology

Average Cost of Textbooks/Semester is approximately $500.

The Technology Requirements for the Doctor of Athletic Training program include that students have access to or purchase a computer with word processing software and reliable access to the internet.

Scholarships

Students planning to enroll or are enrolled in Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ's Doctor of Athletic Training Program are eligible to apply for several scholarships:

  • NATA members are eligible to apply for the National Athletic Trainers' Association Research and Education Foundation (NATA-REF) Doctoral Scholarship.  The application deadline is early January.  Additional information can be found .

Students currently enrolled in the Moravian DAT program can apply for the Windmill Foundation Scholarship.

Students are eligible to apply for District Scholarships for their membership District.  Links to District scholarship websites, where available, are provided below:

Financial Aid
