Discover Theatre at Moravian
At Moravian, students learn theatre by doing it. The theatre company includes students with all levels of experience and a wide variety of academic interests. At the undergraduate level, students can pursue a Minor in Theatre, or can design a Theatre Major tailored to fit their academic goals or to complement a major in another department.
As the director of theatre at Moravian, one of my goals is to create opportunities for students to be involved at many different levels. In addition to learning about theatre in the classroom, a student can participate in a play reading, a full college production, or even assist on a professional production through our partnership with Touchstone Theatre. It’s easy to find a project that fits your level of interest and availability. Students are at the center of our company, so take a risk: get involved! Unlock your creativity!
Theatre is a wonderful vehicle to learn about the world and about yourself. I invite you—in the classroom, in the company or in the audience—to discover theatre at Moravian.
