This immersive travel experience offers an opportunity to explore Ireland’s rich history, culture, and breathtaking landscapes. Through visits to medieval sites, historic cities, and remote coastal areas, you will learn about Ireland’s Celtic traditions, history, and centuries of emigration. The travel will highlight Ireland’s stunning natural beauty, from dramatic cliffs to rolling green hills and windswept islands. This experience blends history, culture, and adventure; you will leave with unforgettable experiences and a deep appreciation of Ireland’s heritage, natural beauty, and enduring legacy.

Cost
- Self-Pay Travel Cost (Students who are not Elevate Credit Eligible): $3,800
- Your Out-Of-Pocket Cost After Elevate Credit has been Applied (Valued at $2,600 for eligible students): $1,200
- For all travelers:
- Insurance Fee: $90 charged directly to your Student Account
- Recommended for Meals & Personal Funds: $500 (Only daily breakfast and one dinner is included)
- Tuition: None, this is a travel experience with no credit associated.

TENTATIVE Itinerary
Day 1: Depart from the US to Dublin, with an overnight flight.
Day 2: Arrival in Dublin & Local Exploration - Arrive in Dublin, check-in to our accommodations, explore and sightsee: Trinity College and the Book of Kells, Dublin Castle, St. Stephen's Green and Grafton Street. Group dinner at a traditional Irish pub in Temple Bar.
Day 3: Dublin City Exploration - Begin the day with a traditional Irish breakfast. Tour Dublin, Kilmainham Gaol, EPIC Irish Emigration Museum, other sites we did not see the first day, and other popular Dublin experiences. Evening Free.
Day 4: Day Trip to Kilkenny & Rock of Cashel - Visit Kilkenny Castle and Medieval Mile. Explore Rock of Cashel and Cahir Castle. Group lunch in Kilkenny, Evening free.
Day 5: Day Trip to Howth & Malahide Castle - Explore Malahide Castle & Gardens. Walk the Howth Cliff Path & visit Howth Harbour. Boat Tour around Ireland’s Eye. Lunch in Howth, on your own. Last night in Dublin, Group dinner.
Day 6: Dublin to Galway via Newgrange & Trim Castle - Depart Dublin, travel to Galway. Along the way we will visit Newgrange (UNESCO prehistoric passage tomb), Trim Castle - Ireland’s largest Norman castle (filming location for Braveheart). We will stop along the way for a group lunch. Arrive in Galway, check in to our accommodations. Explore and sightsee: The Latin Quarter, Salthill Promenade, and Spanish Arch. Dinner on your own in the Latin Quarter.
Day 7: Cliffs of Moher, Sheepdog Demonstration & Traditional Music Night - Drive to the Cliffs of Moher. After exploring the Cliffs of Moher, we will travel to The Burren to watch a Sheepdog Demonstration. Visit Doolin (considered the home of traditional Irish music) for lunch. Free time when we arrive back to Galway. Group dinner with live traditional Irish music at a pub.
Day 8: Aran Islands Adventure - Travel to Rossaeal to take a ferry to Inis Mór. Explore Dún Aonghasa (prehistoric cliff fort), bike or minibus tour. Travel back in the evening to Galway for free time and dinner on your own.
Day 9: Falconry at Ashford Castle & Half-Day in Galway - Drive to Ashford Castle for an authentic Falconry Experience. On the way back to Galway, we will take a scenic drive through Connemara. This allows for ample time to relax and enjoy Galway on our last night. Farewell dinner with the group.
Day 10: Galway to Dublin & Departure - Drive back to Dublin. Depending on flight time, stop for lunch at Sean’s Bar (oldest pub in Ireland) in Athlone. Arrive at Dublin
Airport, fly home.
